Warranty Repairs: *Before Submitting Appointment Form*
1. Contact manufacturer for RMA# (if applicable)
Note: Receiving an RMA# or Authorization from the manufacturer does not validate the repairs that the unit will be covered 100% under warranty.
Checkers must perform a diagnostic evaluation first and the results will be forwarded to the manufacturer for their approval or denial of the warranty claim. There is a $85 + tax diagnostic fee due upon drop off of the unit. This fee will be returned only upon approval of the fully covered warranty by the manufacturer.
2. Have a copy of the proof of purchase receipt.

4. Checkers will respond (usually within 3 days) via email when you will be able to drop the unit off for the diagnostic evaluation, which will normally be performed within 48 hours from scheduled drop off.
5.What is required when dropping off unit?
a.Main Unit (do not bring caddy)
b.Filter Bag/Cartridges (clean and dry)
c.Bottom Lid (when applicable)
d.Hose Assembly (when applicable)
e.Power Supply (when applicable)
f.Remote (when applicable)
g.Copy of Receipt of Purchase (warranty only)
h.Payment for Diagnostic Evaluation ($85 + tax – non-refundable unless manufacturer authorizes 100% warranty)
i.Credit Card Account Recorded for payment of repairs if authorized
6. The diagnostic charge will be applied toward the labor of the repairs authorized by the owner upon our estimate prior to making the required repairs. If repairs are declined, you may choose to apply the diagnostic charge toward the purchase of a new unit from Checkers. Authorized repairs are to be paid prior to being made.
